Laramie Energy II is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of unconventional natural gas resources in the Rocky Mountain region of the United States.

In August 2012, Laramie completed the acquisition of Delta Petroleum’s Piceance Basin assets out of bankruptcy through a new JV company, Piceance Energy LLC. The transaction significantly increased Laramie’s footprint in the Piceance, more than doubling daily production and the number of producing wells.
