NIBC is a Dutch merchant bank that offers integrated solutions to mid-cap clients in the Benelux region and in Germany. The bank is also a meaningful player in a select number of asset financing classes in sectors such as oil & gas services, infrastructure, and real estate.

NIBC also has a direct banking business known as NIBC Direct that has experienced strong growth since its launch in late 2008.
